Ronnika A. McFall, MBA, APR, is a senior communications executive and the founder of McFall Enterprises, specializing in crisis communications, reputation management, public relations, and strategic communications. With more than 12 years of experience, she has advised organizations and leaders through high-stakes situations, developed strategies to protect organizational reputation, and led communications initiatives across nonprofit and mission-driven organizations.
Ronnika currently serves as Senior Director of Global Communications at Mercy For Animals, an international nonprofit dedicated to animal protection. In this role, she provides strategic communications leadership across multiple global markets and supports executive communications, crisis and reputation management, media relations, public relations, content, and organizational communications.
Throughout her career, Ronnika has helped organizations navigate complex issues, shape public narratives, strengthen media strategies, and communicate effectively during critical moments. As a spokesperson for the American Red Cross during the COVID-19 pandemic, she supported critical communications efforts designed to inform and engage the public during an unprecedented global emergency. At Compassion in World Farming, she helped strengthen the organization’s U.S. media relations and strategic communications efforts.
Her work has contributed to media coverage in national and international outlets including The New York Times, Bloomberg News, NBC News, Forbes, POLITICO, Rolling Stone, PEOPLE, Variety, and The Guardian.
Ronnika earned the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), demonstrating her commitment to ethical practice, strategic communications, and the highest professional standards in public relations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Jackson State University and an MBA from American InterContinental University.
Beyond her professional work, Ronnika is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and a lifetime member of the Jackson State University National Alumni Association. She has also dedicated her time to mentoring and developing communications professionals and advancing the practice of public relations.
Her leadership and community service have been recognized through numerous honors, including the Best Idea Award from Atlanta Best, the Good Citizen Award from Jackson, Mississippi, and an Alumni of the Year Award from her graduate school. She has also received the Keys to the City of Biloxi, Mississippi, where January 4 was recognized as Ronnika A. Joyner Day. During her undergraduate years, she served as Miss Jackson State University and joined fellow Historically Black College and University queens in community service and leadership.
Ronnika resides in Georgia with her husband, Carlton McFall Jr. Grounded by her faith, she draws strength from Mark 11:24: “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
